MDA、GSH-Px、NAD+/NADH氧化还原失衡与2型糖尿病关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)是一种多因素的代谢性疾病,其患病率增长迅速,但发病机制至今未明。研究表明,丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)及氧化型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide,NAD+)和还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(Reduced form of nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide,NADH)氧化还原的失衡可能通过多种途径与氧化应激相互作用,从而可能与T2DM的发生相关。本文综合近年来针对上述关系机制的相关研究,讨论MDA、GSH-Px、NAD+/NADH氧化还原失衡与T2DM的关系,为T2DM发病机制的探索及防治寻找新方向。 Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM)is a multifactorial metabolic disorder with rapidly increasing prevalence and no fully understood pathogenesis.Studies have shown that the imbalance of Malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxi⁃dase(GSH-Px),and NADH/NAD redox imbalance may interact with oxidative stress through a variety of pathways,which may be correlated with the occurrence of T2DM.In this paper,the relationship between MDA,GSH-Px,NAD+/NADH redox imbalance and T2DM was discussed based on the recent studies on the abovementioned relationship mecha⁃nism,so as to find a new direction for the exploration of the pathogenesis of T2DM and its prevention and treatment.
