异位脂肪沉积与糖尿病肾病肾损伤的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 异位脂肪沉积(ectopiclipiddeposition)是指脂质(主要是三酰甘油,TG)在非脂肪组织内(肝脏、胰腺、肌肉、肾脏等)过多蓄积。已有研究表明异位脂肪沉积可引起一系列病理生理改变,参与动脉粥样硬化、非酒精性脂肪肝、2型糖尿病等的发生。值得注意的是,脂肪沉积于肾脏,通过多途径导致肾脏损伤,在急性肾损伤、
