摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,我国需要营造一流的营商环境,这也是目前改革开放发展的必然选择。自2018年起,我国开始营商环境全面改革,将企业市场作为重心,呈现着鲜明的时代特征。因此,在改革过程中,需要坚持程序法治的理念,依据出台的行政法理论,不断打造我国市场的多元性。坚持政府服务、顾客导向原则,不断优化营商环境,这也是一种深刻的变革。
With the development of economic globalization,China needs to create a first-class business environment,which is also the inevitable choice for the development of reform and opening up.Since the 1980s,China has commenced the comprehensive reform on business environment by putting focus on the enterprise market,which represents the distinctive characteristics of the times.In the process of reform,we need to adhere to procedural rule of law,and constantly enrich the diversity of China's market according to the theory of administrative law.The business environment gets optimized by adhering to the principle of overall government and customer orientation,which is viewed as a profound reform.
