摘要
本试验旨在研究过瘤胃半胱胺(RP-CS)对舍饲滩羊生长性能、养分表观消化率、肉品质及血清抗氧化指标的影响。选择3月龄、体重[(21.61±0.80)kg]相近、健康的去势滩羊48只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复(圈),每个重复4只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.02%(0.02%组)、0.04%(0.04%组)和0.06%的RP-CS(0.06%组)。预试期7 d,正试期134 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,试验组的平均日采食量和料重比显著降低(P<0.05),0.04%组的平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,0.02%组和0.04%组的干物质和粗蛋白质表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05),0.04%组和0.06%组的有机物表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,试验组的背最长肌系水力、宰后45 min肉色红度值和宰后24 h pH均显著升高(P<0.05),0.04%组、0.06%组的背最长肌蒸煮损失和剪切力显著降低(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,试验组的血清谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),血清丙二醛含量显降低(P<0.05);0.04%组和0.06%组的血清总抗氧化能力和总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。由此可见,舍饲滩羊饲粮中添加0.02%、0.04%和0.06%的RP-CS能够不同程度增加养分表观消化率,改善肉品质,增强抗氧化功能;且添加0.04%的RP-CS可显著提高生长性能。本试验中,建议舍饲滩羊饲粮中RP-CS添加量以0.04%为宜。
The objective of the present experiment was to determine the effects of rumen protected cysteamine(RP-CS)on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,meat quality and serum antioxidant indexes of captivity Tan sheep.Forty-eight 3-month-old healthy castrated Tan sheep with the similar body weight of(21.61±0.80)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates(pens)in each group and 4 lambs in each replicate.Sheep in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the others in experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented 0.02%(0.02%group),0.04%(0.04%group)and 0.06%RP-CS(0.06%group),respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 134 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio of experimental groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the average daily gain of 0.04%group was significantly increased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the dry matter apparent digestibility and crude protein apparent digestibility of 0.02%group and 0.04%group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the organic matter apparent digestibility of 0.04%group and 0.06%group was significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the water-holding capacity,meat color redness value at 45 min after slaughter and pH at 24 h after slaughter in longissimus dorsi of experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the cooking loss and shear force in longissimus dorsi of 0.04%group and 0.06%group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the serum glutathione peroxidase activity of experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde content was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the serum total antioxidant capacity and total superoxide dismutase activity of 0.04%group and 0.06%group were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 0.02%,0.04%and 0.06%RP-CS in the diet can increase the nu
