摘要
目的探讨对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)稳定期的患者,实施肺康复运动训练对患者肺功能的影响。方法选取80例COPD稳定期患者分成试验组与对照组各40例,均给予对症治疗,对照组治疗期间予以常规肺康复训练,试验组治疗期间予以肺康复运动训练,两组均进行12周的训练,比较两组训练效果。结果干预后两组患者在第一秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)以及FEV1/FVC各肺功能指标水平上均较干预前提高,试验组各肺功能指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者6 min步行距离(6min walking distance,6 MWD)与圣乔治问卷(St.George’s breathing questionnaire,SGRQ)评分均较治疗前提高,试验组各指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对COPD稳定期给予对症治疗配合肺康复运动训练,可显著提高患者肺功能及生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation exercises on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage.Methods Eighty patients with stable COPD were divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with 40 cases.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment.The control group was received conventional pulmonary rehabilitation training during the treatment period,and the experimental group was received pulmonary rehabilitation exercise training during the treatment period.Both groups were received 12 weeks.Compared the training effects of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the levels of the two groups of patients’forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC were all higher than before the intervention.The pulmonary function indexes of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of 6 min walking distance(6 MWD)and St.George’s breathing questionnaire(SGRQ)of the two groups were higher than those of before the treatment,the indexes of the test group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Symptomatic treatment combined with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise training for COPD during stable period can significantly improve patients’lung function and quality of life.
