摘要
目的探究八段锦运动对围绝经期女性慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能及心理状态的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2021年8月临邑县中医院收治的80例围绝经期女性COPD患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合八段锦运动训练,比较两组患者治疗前后的肺功能、心理状态、运动耐力、生活质量。结果试验组治疗后的第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比和用力肺活量改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后的6 min步行距离和COPD评估测试评分优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后的抑郁自评量表评分和焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论八段锦运动训练有助于改善围绝经期女性COPD患者的肺功能,提高活动耐力和生活质量,改善心理状态。
Objective To explore the effects of Baduanjin exercise on pulmonary function and mental status of perimenopausal women with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 80 perimenopausal women with COPD admitted to Linyi County Hospital of Traditiona l Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment.The experimental group was given Baduanjin exercise training on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary function,mental state,exercise endurance and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the improvement of forced expiratory volume in one second,forced expiratory volume in one second as a percentage of predicted value and forced vital capacity in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6-minute walking distance and COPD assessment test scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baduanjin exercise training can improve pulmonary function,activity endurance and quality of life and psychological state of perimenopausal women with COPD.
