摘要
目的对比辅助生殖门诊护理与赋能教育对不孕症患者自我效能及自我管理的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年8月我院收治的不孕症患者168例,随机分为对照组和观察组各84例。对照组给予赋能教育,观察组给予辅助生殖门诊护理。比较两组患者的自我效能评分、依从性及自我管理评分。结果护理后,观察组的自我效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的合理饮食、坚持运动、按医嘱用药、按时检查评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论辅助生殖门诊护理可显著提高不孕症患者的自我效能、自我管理及依从性。
Objective To compare the influence of assisted reproductive outpatient nursing and enabling education on self efficacy and self management of infertility patients.Methods 168 infertility patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 84 cases in each group.The control group was given enabling education,and the observation group was given assisted reproductive outpatient nursing.The self-efficacy score,compliance and self-management scores were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of reasonable diet,persistent exercise,medication as directed,timely examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Assisted reproductive outpatient nursing can significantly improve the self efficacy,self management and compliance of infertility patients.
