摘要
目的探讨枳实导滞丸加减联合胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法选择我院2017年1月至2019年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者113例,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(50例)与实验组(63例)。对照组采用胰岛素强化治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用枳实导滞丸加减治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,实验组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹胰岛素水平明显低于对照组,β细胞功能指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的胰岛素用量、体重指数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枳实导滞丸加减联合胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病患者,能够更好地改善患者的血糖、胰岛素水平,控制其体重指数,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of modified Zhishi Daoshi Wan combined with intensive insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 113 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group(50 cases)and experimental group(63 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with intensive insulin,while the experimental group was treated with modified Zhishi Daozhi Wan on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and fasting insulin in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and theβcell function index was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The insulin dosage and body mass index of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Zhishi Daoshi Wan combined with intensive insulin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can better improve the blood glucose and insulin levels,and control the body mass index,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
