摘要
Ⅱ型糖尿病患者外周环境的改变特别是外周胰岛素抵抗,会对患者脑部造成损伤,如血脑屏障受损、脑部胰岛素受体表达异常、胰岛素信号通路受损等,从而引起糖尿病相关的认知功能障碍,即糖尿病脑病(Diabetic Encephalopathy,DE)。本文将对Ⅱ型糖尿病外周胰岛素抵抗与脑部胰岛素抵抗的产生及脑部认知功能损伤间的关系,以及目前防治糖尿病脑病的中药及其活性成分的研究进展进行综述,旨在为糖尿病脑病防治及药物开发提供新的思路。
Systemic environment changes of patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2 DM),especially peripheral insulin resistance,can cause brain damage such as impaired blood-brain barrier,abnormal expression of the insulin receptor in the brain,and impaired insulin signaling pathway,which may lead to diabetes-related cognitive dysfunction named Diabetic Encephalopathy(DE).In this review,we collected studies on the relationship among peripheral insulin resistance,brain insulin resistance and the cause of brain cognitive impairment in T2 DM.Also,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)used for preventing and treating DE was summarized to look for new ideas for the prevention and treatment of DE and the development of drugs.
