基于系统动力学的煤矿技术创新影响因素研究

Study on Impact Factors of Coal Mine Technology Innovation Based on System Dynamics

摘要 为研究煤矿技术创新影响因素,应用系统动力学原理,构建了煤矿技术创新影响因素分析模型并进行仿真模拟。结果表明:不采取任何政策调控或其他促进煤矿技术创新的相关措施时,煤矿技术创新的绩效水平在未来20年内呈缓慢增长趋势。各内外部影响因素对煤矿技术创新绩效具有明显影响,其中,行业竞争程度的影响最显著,其他因素的影响程度依次为政府支持力度、环境与资源压力、金融机构资金支持、企业家技术创新重视程度、技术创新资金投入水平、法律法规落实与监管执行力度、企业内部技术创新组织及管理机制、企业内部科技人才数量。 In order to promote coal mine technology innovation,this paper puts forward and analyzes systematically the main internal and external factors that affect the coal mining technology innovation.Based on system dynamics theory,it builds a coal mining technology innovation impact factor analysis model and does a simulation analysis for it.The results show that the level of the coal mining technology innovation performance will increase slowly without any policies or relevant measures that factor the coal mining technology innovation in the next twenty years.The internal and external factors promote the coal mining technology innovation obviously.The most significant factor is the degree of competition in the industry among them,the less important factors are the government support,the environmental and resource pressures,the financial support of financial institutions,the recognition degree of emphasizing on technological innovation by entrepreneurs,the technological innovation funding,the implementation and supervision of laws and regulations,the internal organization and management mechanism of technology innovation and the enterprise technology talents successively.
