摘要
以煤炭企业为研究对象,选取2011-2018年相关数据,应用灰色关联分析法对影响煤炭企业技术创新的10个相关因素进行量化分析,从不同角度探析影响煤炭企业技术创新的因素。研究结果表明,研究与试验发展(R&D)外部经费支出中,企业对高校和科研机构的研发支出、企业研究与试验发展(R&D)经费内部支出、技术改造经费支出、企业研究与试验发展(R&D)人员数量以及研发机构企业占比与技术创新的关联度均在0.9以上。根据实证结果,从产学研合作、研发投入、技术改造以及建立研发机构4个方面,提出促进煤炭企业技术创新的针对性政策。
The authors took coal enterprises as research object,selected relevant data from 2011 to 2018,conducted quantitative analysis of 10 related factors influencing technological innovation in coal enterprises by using grey relational analysis method,explored and analyzed influencing factors of technological innovation in coal enterprises from different angles.The research results showed that the relationships between technological innovation and spending on research and development(R&D)of universities'scientific research institutions of the external spending of R&D in the enterprises,internal spending of enterprise R&D expenses,technical renovation spending,number of personnel of enterprises'R&D,proportion of enterprises with R&D institutions were all above 0.9.According to the demonstrated results,the authors provided targeted policies of promoting the technological innovation of coal enterprises from 4 aspects,industry-university-research cooperation,research and development investment,technological transformation and research and development institutions establishment.
