摘要
笔者基于对河南省249户重点企业的问卷调查,从四个方面实证研究了企业社会资本对技术创新的影响程度。研究发现,企业与高校、科研机构或其他企业的合作关系、与顾客和供应商的关系、与知识产权中介机构的关系与技术创新显著正相关,企业与政府和金融机构的关系对技术创新的影响不显著。根据研究结论,笔者提出了企业改善其社会资本以促进技术创新的管理建议。
Based on a questionnaire research of 249 important enterprises in Henan Province, the author makes an empirical analysis of the effect of enterprises＇ social capital on technological innovation from four aspects. The results indicate that the collaborative relationship between enterprises and universities, scientific research organizations and other enterprises, the relationship between enterprises and their customers and suppliers and the relationship between enterprises and intellectual property right agencies have prominent positive influence on technological innovation. The relationship between enterprises and government and finance organizations have no prominent influence on technological innovation. Based on the conclusion, the author puts forward suggestions for enterprises improving their social capital to promote technological innovation.
