摘要
重污染企业是生态环境污染的主要源头,企业要保持长久的可持续发展,进行生态创新是非常紧迫且必要的。文章基于资源基础理论,以重污染行业上市公司为对象,以资源柔性为中介变量,研究不同资源对企业生态创新的影响机理和路径。研究表明:资源对企业生态创新具有正向影响作用,与一般资源和外部资源相比,战略资源和内部资源对企业生态创新的影响更显著;不同资源对资源柔性的影响具有异质性,一般资源、战略资源对资源柔性具有显著影响,内部资源和外部资源对资源柔性的影响不显著;另外,资源柔性在一般资源对生态创新的影响中起完全中介作用,在战略资源、内部资源、外部资源对生态创新的影响中起部分中介作用。研究结果丰富了资源基础理论在企业生态创新领域的相关研究成果,为我国企业生态创新实践提供了理论依据。
Heavy polluting enterprises are the main source of ecological and environmental pollution.It is very urgent and necessary for enterprises to maintain long-term sustainable development and carry out ecological innovation.Based on the resource-based theory,this paper takes the listed companies in the heavily polluting industry as the object,and resource flexibility is used as mediation variable to study the mechanism and path of the impact of different resources on the ecological innovation of enterprises.The research shows that resources have a positive impact on enterprise ecological innovation.Compared with general resources and external resources,the impact of strategic resources and internal resources on enterprise ecological innovation is more significant.At the same time,the impact of different resources on resource flexibility is heterogeneous.General resources and strategic resources have significant effects on resource flexibility.The impact of internal resources and external resources on resource flexibility is not significant.Resource flexibility plays a full intermediary role in the impact of general resources on ecological innovation,and plays a partial intermediary role in the impact of strategic resources,internal resources and external resources on ecological innovation.The above findings enrich the relevant research results of resource-based theory in the field of enterprise ecological innovation,and provide theoretical basis for the practice of enterprise ecological innovation in China.
