摘要
综述了无卤阻燃聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)的研究进展及其在汽车部件中的应用。目前,PBT主要的改性方法为熔融共混法和填充改性法。介绍了PBT阻燃改性研究进展,PBT的阻燃改性研究主要集中在无卤阻燃剂的选择以及制备工艺方面,通过选用不同的无卤阻燃剂达到阻燃效果及力学性能要求。无卤阻燃PBT具有耐高温、耐油、耐化学腐蚀性能,相对于其他工程塑料具有加工成型快捷,且价格适中等优势,在汽车部件中具有明显的优势。
The research progress of halogen-free flame retardant polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)and its application in automobile parts are reviewed.The main modification methods of PBT include melting blending and filling modification.The research progress of flame retardant modification for PBT is introduced,which cover the halogen-free flame retardants and preparation processes to meet the requirements of flame retardant effect and mechanical properties by selecting different halogen-free flame retardants.Halogen-free flame retardant PBT performs excellently in high temperature resistance,oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.Moderate price,fast processing and forming,it has obvious advantages for automobile parts compared with other engineering plastics.
