摘要
通过熔融共混法制备了溴化环氧与三氧化二锑复配的电机定子用阻燃聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)工程塑料,分别研究了不同溴系阻燃剂、三氧化二锑的用量对PBT工程塑料力学性能、阻燃性能的影响,以及增韧剂用量对其冷热循环性能的影响。结果表明:溴化环氧添加质量份数为12份,三氧化二锑添加质量份数为4份时,材料的力学性能与阻燃性能达到最佳,当PBT材料中增韧剂添加质量份数为5.5份时,材料的缺口冲击性能有明显的提高,可通过-40~120℃冷热循环测试。制得的阻燃PBT工程塑料具有较好的综合力学性能,拉伸、弯曲强度分别为150 MPa、210 MPa,缺口冲击强度为17 kJ/m^(2),其阻燃等级达UL 94 V-0级(0.8 mm),经济性好。
Flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)engineering plastic for motor stator was prepared by melt blending method with a mixture of brominated epoxy and antimony trioxide.The effects of different amounts of brominated flame retardants and antimony trioxide on the mechanical and flame retardant properties of PBT engineering plastics were studied,as well as the effects of toughening agent amounts on their cold and hot cycling properties.The results show that the mechanical and flame retardant properties of the material are optimal when the mass fraction of brominated epoxy is 12 parts and the mass fraction of antimony trioxide is 4 parts.When the mass fraction of toughening agent is 5.5 parts in PBT material,the notch impact performance of the material is significantly improved,which can be tested by cold and hot cycling at-40-120℃.The flame retardant PBT engineering plastic obtained has good comprehensive mechanical properties,with tensile and bending strength of 150 MPa and 210 MPa,respectively,and notch impact strength of 17 kJ/m^(2),and its flame retardant grade reaches UL 94 V-0 level(0.8 mm),and has excellent economic performance.
