摘要
采用熔融共混的方法,制备出PBT/SiO2包覆纳米碳酸钙、PBT/晶须、PBT/MMT复合材料,对其力学和结晶性能进行比较分析研究。结果表明,随着三种无机组分添加量的增加,三种复合材料体系的拉伸强度和弯曲强度增加,PBT的结晶度增加,最大扭矩增加,平衡扭矩变化不大。三者相比较,综合力学性能,以晶须增强PBT为最优;而且晶须对PBT的结晶度影响最大。
Poly(butylenes terephthalate)(PBT)/SiO2 encapsulated nano-meter CaCO3, PBT/magnesium salt whisker and PBT/montmorillonite (MMT) composites were prepared by means of melt blending, and the mechanical properties and crystallinities of the composites were comparatively investigated. The results showed the tensile strength and bending strength of the 3 composites, as well as the crystallinity and maximum torque of PBT, all increased with the increase of the contents of SiO2 encapsulated nano-meter CaCO3, whisker and MMT, but equilibrium torque of PBT changed little. In comparison with the overall properties of the 3 composites, the overall properties of PBT/magnesium salt whisker were the best, in which the crystallinities of PBT were greatly improved.
