摘要
文章从用户体验视角下,通过分析老年用户生理、心理和行为特征,来获取手机银行APP交互界面设计的需求;并提出了简约设计、亲清关联和陪伴交互三个设计原则;最后构建面向老年用户的手机银行APP交互界面设计模型。旨在通过用户需求分析,开发适合老年用户用得上、便于用、乐于用的手机银行APP产品。
This paper analyzes the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of elderly users from the perspective of user experience,Obtain the requirements of mobile banking APP interface design,And put forward three design principles:simple design,intimate relationship and company interaction,Finally,the model of mobile banking APP interface design for elderly users is constructed.The purpose is to analyze the user's needs,Develop mobile banking APP products suitable,easy to use and willing to use for elderly users.
