摘要
互联网时代,老年人作为互联网使用率较低的群体,其面临的“数字鸿沟”问题不断凸显,其本身所具有的隔代照料、政治参与、劳动力供给等社会功能受限。消除老年人融入互联网时代的障碍,有利于老年人社会功能的顺利实现。基于中国综合社会调查(CGSS)2017年数据,通过结构方程模型对老年人互联网使用的影响因素进行分析后表明:(1)社会网络、经济地位对老年人互联网的使用有显著的正向影响;(2)使用难度对老年人互联网的使用有显著的负向影响。应以社区或村庄为依托,充分调动各方力量加强老年人社会网络建设,降低互联网使用难度,提高老年人社会经济地位。
In the Internet era,the elderly,as a group with low Internet usage,face the"digital divide"problem that has become increasingly prominent,and their own social functions such as intergenerational care,political participation,and labor supply are limited.In order to eliminate the barriers for the elderly to integrate into the Internet era and ensure the smooth realization of the social functions of the elderly,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the Internet use of the elderly through the structural equation model based on the 2017 China Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS)data.The research results show that:(1)Social network and economic status have a significant positive impact on the use of the Internet by the elderly;(2)The difficulty of use has a significant negative impact on the use of the Internet by the elderly.Therefore,this article recommends:relying on communities or villages,fully mobilize all forces to strengthen the construction of the elderly's social network,reduce the difficulty of using the Internet,and improve the socio-economic status of the elderly.
