摘要
盾尾刷因磨损失去密封作用,导致盾尾发生漏水漏砂安全事故,延误工期,必须及时更换盾尾刷,确保施工质量。以西南地区某地铁盾构项目为依托,在传统盾尾刷基础上,进行优化研究,首次提出了一种易安拆盾尾刷并对其更换技术进行研究。重点从盾尾刷组成、施工技术原理、施工关键技术及技术优势进行论述。实践结果表明,新设计盾尾刷安拆方便快捷;盾构掘进中,钢管片前后端与盾尾形成了三道密封,与旧盾尾刷原有的密封腔同时密封,防止外界水、泥浆的渗入,盾尾刷更换效率相比于传统地层加固施工工艺大幅提高。该技术能在地层不采取加固措施且盾构不停机时,安全快速地完成盾尾刷更换,减少了常规技术中的盾构停机风险、人员作业风险,且适用于各种地质条件下盾尾刷的更换,可为类似工程提供参考。
The shield tail brush loses its sealing function due to abrasion,which leads to water and sand leakage accidents at the shield tail and delays the construction period.The shield tail brush must be replaced in time to ensure the construction quality.Based on a subway shield project in Southwest China,an easy-to-install and disassemble shield tail brush was put forward for the first time and its replacement technology was studied.This paper focused on the composition of shield tail brush,construction technology principle,key construction technology and technical advantages.In practice,the newly designed shield tail brush is convenient and quick to install and disassemble;during shield tunneling,three seals are formed between the front and rear ends of the steel pipe pieces and the shield tail,which are sealed with the original sealing cavity of the old shield tail brush at the same time to prevent the infiltration of external water and mud.Compared with the traditional stratum reinforcement construction technology,the replacement efficiency of the shield tail brush is greatly improved.This technology can replace the shield tail brush safely and quickly when the stratum is not reinforced and the shield is not shut down,which reduces the risk of shield shutdown and personnel operation in conventional technology.It is also suitable for the replacement of shield tail brush under various geological conditions and can provide reference for similar projects.
