摘要
盾构法隧道施工风险源具有多维性,为此对盾尾密封渗漏风险源进行分析。当管片外弧面不平整、管片外弧侧纵缝与环缝存在间隙、盾尾密封膏不够、盾构姿态不佳等现象出现时,或者盾构长距离掘进、盾尾钢丝刷发生明显磨损时,盾构掘进将不可避免地产生漏水、漏泥、漏浆等施工风险。针对风险,提出了相应的对策,来避免盾尾密封的渗漏。
There are multiple sources of risk in segmental tunnelling, so analysis is made of the source of leakage risk from the tunnel tail sealing. In case of a coarse arc external surface of the segment, gaps in the longitudinal and circular joints on the external arc side of the segment, insufficient sealing paste at the tail of the shield machine, the dissatisfactory status of the machine, etc., or apparent wearing of the steel brush at the shield tail due to its long distance driving, risks will be inevitable during tunnelling, such as leakage of water, sludge or slurry. The countermeasures are proposed to avoid leakage of the sealing at the tail of the shield machine.
