摘要 针对燃煤火力发电站,基于智能DCS操作系统的智能发电平台,建立逻辑故障树的标准分析方法,对故障现象进行综合分析,提取故障典型特征,将专家的宝贵经验和实践知识,形成计算机能识别的专家知识图谱,进而辅助故障的诊断、早期预警和及时处理,提升火电机组长周期安全稳定运行的能力。结果表明,基于逻辑故障树的专家自动诊断报警系统体现了初级的独立分析、判断、决策等智能特点。将高岗位专业技术人员数十年积累的分析策略和宝贵经验固化成程序和代码,实现故障类型的快速精准辨识和根源分析。基于逻辑故障树建立专家知识图谱,从故障全寿命周期管理的角度,创造性地在底层DCS平台真正实现了故障追溯、根源分析、诊断、预警、报警和处理的全过程闭环控制。专家自动诊断报警系统投运后,帮助火电企业避免了多次故障停机风险,显著提升了电力生产过程的安全性。 Aiming at coal-fired thermal power station,and based on the power generation platform of intelligent DCS operating system,the standard analysis method of logical fault tree is established to comprehensively analyze the fault phenomena,summarize the typical fault characteristics,and draw the expert knowledge map that can be identified by the computer with the valuable experience and practical knowledge of the experts,thus assisting in fault diagnosis,early warning and timely treatment,and improving the capacity of long-cycle,safe,and stable operation of the thermal power generation unit.The results show that the expert automatic diagnosis and alarm system based on logical fault tree has the primary intelligent features of independent analysis,judgment,and decision-making.The analysis strategies and valuable experience accumulated by high-level professional and technical personnel for decades are transformed into programs and codes to realize fast and accurate identification of fault types and root cause analysis.The expert knowledge map is established based on the logical fault tree.From the perspective of fault life cycle management,the whole-process closed-loop control of fault tracing,root cause analysis,diagnosis,early warning,alarm,and treatment is creatively realized on the underlying DCS platform.After the expert automatic diagnosis and alarm system was put into operation,thermal power enterprises avoided the downtime risk for many times,and significantly improved the safety of the power production process.
