摘要
对于国标法检测食品中纽甜含量进行条件优化,简化样品前处理过程,优化色谱条件。样品经20%乙腈水溶液提取,经蛋白沉淀剂沉淀蛋白,以乙腈-0.02mol·L^(-1)乙酸铵溶液为流动相,采用二极管阵列检测器,检测波长为218nm。纽甜的峰面积与其质量浓度在0.1~50.0mg·L^(-1)内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.2mg·kg^(-1)。加标回收率为87.6%~99.1%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.1%~2.5%之间。此方法简单、快速、分离效果好、分析成本低,为纽甜快速测定提供依据。
The determination conditions of neotame in food by national standard method were optimized,the sample pretreatment process was simplified,and the chromatographic conditions were optimized.The sample was extracted with 20%acetonitrile aqueous solution,the protein was precipitated by protein precipitant,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L^(-1) ammonium acetate solution,a diode array detector at detection wavelength is 218 nm was applied.The peak area of neotame showed a linear relationship with the concentration in the range of 0.1~50.0 mg·L^(-1),the detection limit(3 S/N)was 0.2 mg·kg^(-1).The recoveries were from 87.6%to 99.1%.The relative standard deviation(n=6)is between 1.1%and 2.5%.The method is simple,rapid,effective and low cost,which provides a reference for the rapid determination of neotame.
