摘要
目的分析慢性精神分裂症(SCH)治疗期间加用心理护理的作用。方法选取2018年6月-2020年3月来院治疗的88例SCH患者,以抽签法为基准,A组45例实行心理护理,B组43例实行常规护理。对比两组护理效果。结果护理后,A组社会功能评分为(75.69±3.41)分,B组为(70.66±3.38)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.948,P<0.001);A组的躯体功能评分为(73.98±3.67)分,B组为(68.57±3.55)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.029,P<0.001);A组的心理功能评分为(69.85±3.42)分,B组为(60.19±3.40)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.285,P<0.001);A组的物质生活评分为(67.49±3.18)分,B组为(61.42±3.15)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.992,P<0.001)。A组的不良心理评分低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的护理满意度(95.56%)高于B组(79.07%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.464,P=0.019)。A组对于护理操作的依从性为93.33%,B组为74.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.880,P=0.015)。结论为SCH患者行心理护理可改善生活质量,调节不良心理,且能获得患者的高度满意与依从。
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing during the treatment of chronic schizophrenia(SCH).Methods Selected 88 SCH patients who came to the hospital for treatment from June 2018 to March 2020.Based on the lottery method,45 patients in group A received psychological care,and 43 patients in group B received routine care.Contrasted the effect of nursing of the two groups.Results After nursing,the social function score of group A was(75.69±3.41)points,group B was(70.66±3.38)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.948,P<0.001);the physical function score of group A was(73.98±3.67)points,group B was(68.57±3.55)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.029,P<0.001);the mental function score of group A was(69.85±3.42)points,and group B was(60.19±3.40)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.285,P<0.001);the material life score of group A was(67.49±3.18)points,and group B was(61.42±3.15)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.992,P<0.001).The bad psychological score of group A was lower than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of group A(95.56%)was higher than that of group B(79.07%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.464,P=0.019).The compliance of group A to nursing operation was 93.33%,group B was 74.42%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.880,P=0.015).Conclusion Psychological care for SCH patients can improve the quality of life,adjust the bad mentality,and obtain the patients’high degree of satisfaction and compliance.
