摘要
目的观察心理护理在慢性胃炎中的护理作用。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月收治的86例慢性胃炎作为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同分为试验组和参照组,每组43例。参照组进行一般护理,试验组进行一般护理与心理护理,对比两组患者焦虑、抑郁改善情况以及护理满意程度。结果护理前,试验组与参照组的焦虑、抑郁情绪评分差异无显著性(P>0.05);护理后,试验组的焦虑、抑郁情绪评分低于参照组,心理状态改善效果好于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组对护理的总体满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性胃炎患者中应用心理护理能够改善不良情绪,调整心理状态,提高护理总体满意度,更利于治疗。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of psychological nursing in chronic gastritis.Methods Eighty-six cases of chronic gastritis treated from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research object.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into experimental group and reference group,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group received general nursing and the experimental group received general nursing and psychological nursing.The improvement of anxiety and depression and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the experimental group and the reference group(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the improvement effect of psychological state was better than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in patients with chronic gastritis can improve bad mood,adjust psychological state,improve the overall satisfaction of nursing,and is more conducive to treatment.
