摘要
目的:分析北京市医耗联动综合改革对中医医院门急诊服务量及费用的影响。方法:选用北京市卫生综合统计信息平台2016年1月~2019年12月中医医院门急诊服务量及费用相关数据,利用间断时间序列分析北京市医耗联动综合改革对其影响的程度。结果:2019年6~12月,中医医院院门急诊人次同比增长了3.21%,门急诊中医治疗总费用同比增长了11.57%,门急诊及其卫生材料费占比减少了1.33%。结论:北京市医耗联动综合改革对中医医院门急诊服务量趋势没有产生显著影响,门急诊费用结构更加优化。
Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive reform of medical consumption linkage on outpatient and emergency services and expenses in hospitals of Chinese medicine in Beijing.Methods Data related to outpatient and emergency services and costs of hospitals of Chinese medicine from January 2016 to December 2019 was selected from Beijing municipal health comprehensive statistical information platform.The impact of comprehensive reform of medical consumption linkage in Beijing was analyzed by interrupted time series method.Results From June to December in 2019,the number of outpatient and emergency visits in hospitals of Chinese medicine in Beijing has increased by 3.21%.The total cost of outpatient and emergency Chinese medicinal treatment has increased by 11.57%.And the proportion of outpatient and emergency medical materials has decreased by 1.33%.Conclusion The comprehensive reform of medical consumption linkage in Beijing has no significant influence on the trend of outpatient and emergency services in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,while it has improved the cost structure of outpatient and emergency care.
