摘要
目的:分析急诊医疗设备报警事项召回率的相关影响因素,探讨不同管理模式下设备报警管理效果的差异性。方法:从患者因素、管理因素、疲劳因素和设备因素4个方面18项指标分析急诊医疗设备报警事项召回率的影响因素,并进行多重线性回归分析,从人员、设备和制度3个层面进行多元管理。选取医院急诊科常规配置并在用的45台医疗设备,根据设备管理模式不同将采用护理人员规范化培训方式控制报警安全风险的设备纳入对照组,将采用差异化因素多元管理方法控制报警安全风险的设备纳入观察组。对比两组设备报警管理效果。结果:多重线性回归方程决定系数(R2)=0.685,方差分析有统计学意义(F=10.034,P<0.05),召回率与18项指标中的11项指标呈线性关系;观察组设备误报警率和中高风险报警率分别为(6.76±3.14)%和(27.51±15.54)%,均低于对照组,报警事项召回率和报警应对准确率分别为(92.87±3.43)%和(90.78±4.69)%,均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=6.100,t=2.998,t=7.789,t=5.300;P<0.05)。结论:急诊医疗设备报警事项召回率受接诊患者、管理制度、医护人员疲劳程度及设备运行质量的影响,多元管理方法可有效降低误报警和无效报警发生率,提高报警处理的有效性。
Objective: To analyze the related influencing factors of the recall rate of emergency medical equipment alarm items, and to explore the difference of the effect of medical equipment alarm management under different management modes. Methods: The influencing factors of the recall rate of emergency medical equipment alarm items were analyzed from 18 indicators in four aspects of patients, management, fatigue and equipment, and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted, and multiple management was carried out from three levels of personnel,equipment and environment. 45 sets of medical equipment conventionally allocated in the emergency department of the hospital were selected. According to different management modes, the equipment that adopted standardized training of nursing staff to control alarm safety risk was included in the control group, and the equipment that adopted multiple management methods of differentiated factors to control alarm safety risk was included in the observation group. The effect of alarm management of two groups of medical equipment were compared. Results: Multiple linear regression equation determination coefficient(R2)=0.685, variance analysis was statistically significant(F=10.034,P<0.05), the recall rate was linearly correlated with 11 indicators. The false alarm rate and the medium-high risk alarm rate of the medical equipment in the observation group were(6.76±3.14)% and(27.51±15.54)%, respectively, both of which lower than those in the control group, the recall rate of alarm items and the accuracy rate of alarm response were(92.87±3.43)% and(90.78±4.69)%, respectively, both of which higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=6.100, t=2.998, t=7.789, t=5.300;P<0.05). Conclusion: The recall rate of medical equipment alarm items is affected by patients receiving treatment, management system, fatigue degree of medical staff and equipment operation quality.
