摘要
成果导向教育(OBE)是当前高校教学改革的先进的教育理念。本文以海南大学食品科学与工程学院为例,剖析了在当前工程教育背景下高校食品营养学课程存在的问题,并探索了团队、双语、PBL、线上线下和实践教学模式在教学改革中的应用,实现本课程教学质量评价与持续改进的常态化。
Currently,outcome-based education(OBE)is an advanced educational concept in universities teaching reform.This paper used the case from Food Science and Engineering at Hainan University.The problems existing in the engineering education background of the Food Nutrition course were analyzed.The teaching reform in team,bilingual,PBL,online and offline,and practice mode were explored.The normalization of teaching quality evaluation and continuous improvement of this course were achieved.
