摘要
为了探讨以问题为基础的教学模式在生物化学教学中的应用.选用3个班105名学生,前2班采用PBL教学模式,后1班采用传统讲授教学模式,对其效果进行比较并进行了问卷调查.结果表明实验组的考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),说明PBL教学模式能够显著提高学生的学习兴趣和综合分析问题的能力,促进自学,加强师生之间的交流与沟通.因此PBL教学法优于传统讲授法,在生物化学教学中值得推广.
To discuss the application of problem-based teaching pattern in the biochemistry teaching. Three classes of 105 students are selected in which the former two shifts adopt the PBL teaching pattern, the last one shift adopts traditional teaching pattern to compare their results and carry out questionnaire investigation. Results of the test group scores are higher than collation group (P 〈 0.05), which shows PBL teaching pattern is able to improve students' interest in study and synthetical ability to analyze problems, promote self-teaching, strengthen exchanges and communication between teachers and students. This shows PBL teaching pattern is better than traditional teaching methods and worth being extended in biochemistry teaching.
