摘要
目的 探究急性脑梗死血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脂蛋白-a及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的水平变化。方法 回顾性分析广州市荔湾区中医医院2019年11月至2020年11月间收治的急性脑梗死患者78例作为研究组,研究组患者按照梗死灶直径范围分别分为小梗死灶组25例、中梗死灶组26例、大梗死灶组27例,同期选择健康体检者78例作为对照组。比较研究组、对照组患者以及不同梗死灶组患者的血清hs-CRP、脂蛋白-a及Hcy的水平变化。结果 研究组患者血清中hs-CRP、脂蛋白-a和Hcy的表达水平均明显高于对照组(allP<0.001),不同梗死灶组患者血清hs-CRP、脂蛋白-a、Hcy的表达水平比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急性脑梗死患者血清中hs-CRP、脂蛋白-a和Hcy表达水平均呈现升高趋势,且其表达水平与梗死灶范围密切相关,共同参与疾病的发生发展。
Objective To investigate changes of serum hs CRP,LPA and Hcy in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The paper chose 78 cases acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 as study group for analysis and review.Patients of study group were divided into small infarction focus group 25 cases,middle infarct focus group 26 cases and large infarction focus group 27 cases according to diameter range of infarction focus.78 patients with health examination were chosen as control group.Changes of serum hs CRP,lipoprotein-a and Hcy in study group,control group and different infarction focus group were compared.Results Expression levels of serum hs CRP,LPA and Hcy in study group were significantly higher than control group (all P<0.001).Expression levels of hs CRP,lipoprotein-a and Hcy of patients with different infarction focus were significantly different (all P<0.05).Conclusion Expression levels of serum hs CRP,lipoprotein-a and Hcy of patients with acute cerebral infarction show increasing trend,and their expression levels are closely related to range of infarct focus,which participate in occurrence and development of the disease.
