摘要 针对黄坛口水电站#6机组出力不足的问题,从影响水轮机出力因素为切入点,提出了基于CFD分析技术的转轮水力优化设计方法,实现了与有限元FEA分析的无缝链接,并将该方法应用于黄坛口#6混流式机组提效增容改造的实施过程中。实例应用效果表明,该方法在确保转轮水力优化设计的同时具有足够的刚度和强度,满足转轮制造质量要求,且转轮效率和出力均满足设计要求。 Aiming at insufficient power of unit#6 for Huangtankou Hydropower Station,considering the factors influencing water turbine power,this paper discusses the runner hydraulic optimization design method based on CFD analysis techniques,which achieves the seamless links with finite element FEA analysis.The method was used to implement the reformation of capacity expansion of#6 francis turbine unit for Huangtankou Hydropower Station.The case study shows that the method can ensure the hydraulic optimization design of runner and sufficient stiffness and strength,which meets the quality requirements of runner manufacturing.At the same time,the runner’s efficiency and power meet the design requirements.
