摘要
国内某电站将贯流式转轮更换为轴流定桨式水轮机的增效扩容项目,试运行时发现机组出力达不到预期要求。通过分析该贯流式转轮模型资料以及该电站水轮机流道图纸资料,结合现场试运行情况,提出加大桨叶转角以增大流量进而增加出力的初步方案。随后运用相关CFD软件进行数值模拟,发现除原桨叶转角偏小外,叶片出水边与轮缘交界处的局部形状亦是影响机组出力的主要因素,进而确定了水轮机出力不足的原因,并提出了改进方案。现场试运行表明,机组各项主要性能参数良好,满足技术协议要求,水轮机出力不足问题得到了解决。与此同时,该改进措施及CFD计算方法可为同类型水轮机同类问题的解决提供参考。
For the purpose of capacity expansion and efficiency improvement of XXX Hydropower Station in China,a tubular turbine runner is installed to the Nagler turbine,while it is found that the unit fails to reach the expected output during trial operation.Through analysis on data of the tubular turbine runner model and drawings of turbine flow passage of the hydropower station,and considering field trial operation conditions,a preliminary scheme of increasing the blade angle to increase the flowr and thus increase the output is proposed.Through subsequent numerical simulation using relevant CFD software,it is found that besides the small blade angle,the local shape at the junction of the blade outlet edge and the rim is also a main factor affecting the unit output.On this basis,the cause of insufficient output of turbine is further ascertained and a corresponding improvement scheme is put forward.Field trial operation shows that the main performance parameters of the unit are good and meet the requirements of the technical agreement,indicating that the insufficient output problem of turbine is solved.Meanwhile,the improvement measure and CFD calculation method can provide reference for solving problems of the same type encountered by turbines of the same time.
