摘要
大型贯流式机组在确定额定水头时所预留的裕度不足以抵消设计、制造、安装、施工、调试运行等方面的缺陷时,机组发不足装机容量的问题就显得较为常见和突出。在国际工程总承包项目上,机组发足装机容量往往会作为水电站移交的一个重要考核指标。文章结合部分水电站出现的机组发不足装机容量的问题进行总结分析,指出采取相应措施,保障大型贯流式机组发足装机容量的有效途径。
The lower power generation than the installed capacity is common and outstanding while the margin provided at determination of the rated head of the large-sized tubular unit cannot sufficiently counteract defects in terms of design, manufacturing, installation, construction, testing and commissioning, etc. The power production generated fully at installed capacity is one important index for handover of hydropower projects generally contracted in the world. In the paper, cases of the lower power generation than the installed capacity of stations are summa- rized and analyzed.
