摘要
传统的施工现场安全管理模式已经远远无法适应现代施工的现场管理需要,依靠人工主观经验的风险因素识别手段显得有些捉襟见肘,严重影响了建筑施工的风险管理效率。文章提出了基于BIM技术的施工安全风险管理方法,通过论述产生建筑施工现场风险和隐患的几个因素,采用BIM技术进行了针对性的解决,BIM技术可以实现参数化模型搭建、思维化碰撞监测、及时性信息共享等功能,通过上述功能可以有效解决影响现场施工安全的问题,对现场安全管理具有较大的辅助作用。
The traditional construction site safety management mode is far from meeting the needs of modern construction site management,and the risk factor identification method relying on manual subjective experience is somewhat inadequate,which seriously affects the risk management efficiency of construction.This paper puts forward the construction safety risk management method based on BIM technology.By discussing several factors that produce the construction site risk and hidden danger,the BIM technology is used to solve the problem.BIM technology can realize parameterized model building,thinking collision monitoring,timely information sharing and so on.Through the above functions,problems affecting site construction safety can be effectively solved,and it has a great auxiliary role in site safety management.
