摘要
住房需求的快速增长使得建筑行业进入了一个崭新的发展阶段。建筑行业作为经济社会的重要支柱型产业,需要耗费大量的人力、物力和财力。投资者为了满足用户的使用需求,并以此为基础获得经济效益和社会效益,就必须加强住宅建筑施工管理。文章分析了住宅建筑施工阶段的常见问题,并提出了合理的优化策略,以期为今后的工程项目质量管理起到指导和监督作用,促进我国建筑行业的深度发展。
The rapid growth of housing demand has entered a new stage of development in the construction industry.The construction industry,as an important pillar industry of economy and society,requires a large amount of manpower,ma-terial resources,and financial resources.Investors must strengthen the management of residential construction in order to meet the user's usage needs and obtain economic and social benefits based on this.The common problems in the construc-tion stage of residential buildings were analyzed,and reasonable optimization strategies were proposed to guide and super-vise the quality management of future engineering projects and promote the deep development of China's construction in-dustry.
