在人口数量持续增加的趋势下,对于住宅建筑的需求量也在明显提升,给建筑行业的未来发展带来了新的挑战与机遇。做好住宅建筑工程的设计工作,能够为后续施工提供保障,实现对施工全过程的有效指导。文章将通过分析BIM技术的特点,探索BIM技术在住宅建筑设计中的应用。
Under the trend of continuous increase in population,the demand for residential construction is also increasing significantly,which brings new challenges and opportunities to the future development of the construction industry.Doing a good job in the design of residential construction projects can provide a guarantee for the follow-up construction and achieve effective guidance for the whole process of construction.By analyzing the characteristics of BIM technology,this paper will explore the application of BIM technology in residential building design.
