大采高工作面回采巷道合理煤柱宽度研究

摘要 为了解决大采高工作面高应力扰动相邻巷道围岩变形严重的问题,以曹家滩煤矿122108综采工作面回风顺槽为工程背景,采用现场调研、理论分析与现场监测的方法对双巷掘进巷间煤柱留设进行系统分析研究。采用现场监测手段确定工作面回采后实体煤侧应力降低区范围为10 m,利用理论分析求得煤柱的极限宽度,并结合现场工业试验以巷道形变量的大小为指标,综合考虑确定顺槽巷间煤柱宽度为20 m。 In order to solve the problem of serious deformation of surrounding rock of adjacent roadway disturbed by high stress in large mining height working face,taking the return air chute of the 122108 fully mechanized mining face in Caojiatan Coal Mine as the engineering background,the systematic analysis and research on the retention of coal pillar between two roadway driving is carried out by using the methods of field investigation,theoretical analysis and field monitoring.The field monitoring method is used to determine that the range of the stress reduction area of the solid coal side after mining in the working face is 10 m.The limit width of the coal pillar is obtained by theoretical analysis.Combined with the field industrial test,taking the size of the roadway shape variable as the index,the width of the coal pillar between the roadway is determined to be 20 m.
