摘要
为提高大采高综采工作面的回采率,减少煤炭资源的浪费,针对李村煤矿1302备采工作面区段煤柱留设尺寸问题进行了详细分析。本文采用理论分析的方式初步得出了区段煤柱的设计尺寸为44.51 m,并结合数值模拟对不同宽度的区段煤柱回采上区段、下区段过程中的围岩塑性破坏范围与垂直应力分布情况进行了对比分析,最终得到区段煤柱的模拟边界宽度为45 m。通过分析验证了1302工作面区段煤柱的实际设计尺寸合理有效。
In order to improve the recovery rate of large mining height fully mechanized mining face and reduce the waste of coal resources, a comparative analysis was carried out on the size of the coal pillars in the 1302 spare working face of Licun Coal Mine. The design size of the coal pillar was 44.51m. The numerical simulation method was used to compare the plastic failure range and the vertical stress distribution of the surrounding rock during the mining process of the upper section and the lower section using the section coal pillars with different widths, and finally the section coal pillars were obtained. The border width was 45m. Analysis showed that the actual design dimensions of the 1302 face coal pillar were reasonable and effective.
