摘要 随着采煤工作面一次采全高工艺推行,针对厚煤层大采高工作面的末采问题,高庄煤业改变了传统的“采煤机开帮+单体配合大板梁支护”末采造条件工艺,创新运用“综掘机开帮+锚网带索支护”新工艺,解决了收尾开帮期间高度大、人员登高作业困难、职工劳动强度大、作业危险系数高等难题,为类似矿井综采工作面的末采收尾提供借鉴。 With the implementation of one-time full height mining technology in coal face,aiming at the end mining problem of large mining height working face in thick coal seam,Gaozhuang Coal Industry has changed the traditional end mining condition technology of"shearer side opening+monomer combined with big plate beam support",innovated and applied the new technology of"comprehensive excavation machine side opening+anchor mesh belt cable support",solved the problems of high height,difficult personnel climbing operation,high labor intensity and high operation risk coefficient during ending and opening,and provided reference for the end mining and ending of fully mechanized mining face in similar mines.
