采空区薄岩柱下沿空巷道安全掘进工艺实践 被引量:1

摘要 为解决采空区、薄岩柱下沿空掘进的巷道安全掘进问题,采用低扰动的综掘破煤岩工艺,对沿空侧顶帮部及非沿空侧帮部采用锚网带索、梯形可伸缩“U”型棚及局部喷浆等分类区别支护,对断层段顶板岩柱厚度及破碎带围岩稳定性进行超前预控,实现了双面沿空巷道安全掘进,满足了回采使用需求。 A low-disturbance fully-mechanized coal-rock-breaking technique is adopted to solve the problem of roadway safety tunneling in goaf and thin rock pillar.Bolt mesh belt cable,trapezoidal retractable"U"shed and local shotcreting are used to support the roof and side slope along goaf side and non gob side.The thickness of roof rock pillar in fault layer section and the stability of surrounding rock in broken zone are pre controlled in advance,which realizes the safe driving of double side gob side roadway and meets the needs of mining.
