摘要
目的分析军医大学临床医学专业学员对岗位素质的认知度和满意度,为院校有针对性的加强教育,明确培养目标等提供依据。方法以前期建立的岗位素质评级体系为基础,采用Likert5级评分法,调查935名在校学员和391名毕业学员对二级指标(9个)和三级指标(39个)的认知度和满意度。结果在9项二级指标和39项三级指标中,在校学员的重要性评价均高于毕业学员。在校学员对二级、三级指标重要性评价比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),毕业学员对二级、三级指标重要性看法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。根据SNK检验结果,筛选出最重要和最满意的岗位素质。结论毕业学员对自己岗位素质的评价比较客观;认知度和满意度的分析从侧面肯定了军队院校的育人质量;重点关注重要但不满意的素质,给予更多的投入和倾斜。
Objective To analyze the degree of recognition and satisfaction of the clinical medical students in military medical university and to provide a basis for the universities to strengthen the targeted education and clarify training objectives.Methods Based on the post quality index system previously established,with Likert5-grade scoring method,935 undergraduates and 391 graduates were surveyed on the recognition and sat-isfaction of 9 secondary indicators and 39 tertiary indicators.Results Among the 9 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators,the impor-tance of school students is higher than that of graduate students.There was statistically significant difference in the evaluation of the importance of the secondary and tertiary indicators among the students in the school(P<0.001),and the difference in the opinions of the graduate students on the importance of the secondary and tertiary indicators was statistically significant(P<0.001).According to the results of SNK inspection,the most im-portant and satisfactory job qualities are screened out.Conclusion The graduates'evaluation of their own post qualities is relatively objective.The analysis of recognition degree and satisfaction degree confirms the education quality of military universities.Those important but unsatisfactory qual-ities should be paid more attention to and given more input.
