水分胁迫和土壤容重变化对棉花种子萌发的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探讨水分胁迫和土壤容重变化对棉花种子萌发的影响,为进一步研究棉花萌发期抗旱性机理提供理论参考。【方法】以鄂抗棉9号种子为材料,在恒温箱内进行盆栽实验,设置7个土壤容重(SBD1(1.10g/cm^(3))、SBD2(1.15g/cm^(3))、SBD3(1.20g/cm^(3))、SBD4(1.25g/cm^(3))、SBD5(1.30g/cm^(3))、SBD6(1.35g/cm^(3))、SBD7(1.40g/cm^(3)))和5个水分处理(正常(CK)、轻度胁迫(LS)、中度胁迫(MS)、重度胁迫(SS)、极度胁迫(ES)),分析二者对棉花种子的发芽势、发芽速度、发芽率和发芽指数的影响。【结果】随着水分胁迫程度的加重和土壤容重的增大,棉花种子萌发受到了明显抑制,发芽势、发芽速度、发芽率和发芽指数均呈现出不同程度的下降趋势。在水分胁迫条件下,LS和MS与CK相比,其发芽率分别下降了22.2%、44.5%,而SS和ES处理下种子均未发芽;土壤容重为1.10g/cm^(3)时棉花种子发芽率最高;SBD2、SBD3、SBD4和SBD5与SBD1相比,棉花种子发芽率依次减少为11.1%、22.2%、44.5%和66.7%,而SBD6、SBD7处理下种子均未发芽。【结论】水分胁迫和土壤容重对棉花种子萌发均具有显著影响,水分胁迫增大及土壤容重增加都可能抑制棉花种子的萌发。棉花种子萌发的适宜土壤容重为1.10~1.15g/cm^(3)。 [Objective]In order to explore the effects of water stress and soil bulk density on cotton seed germination,and provide a theoretical basis for scientific prevention and control of cotton seedling emergence difficulties caused by seasonal drought in hilly red soil region of southern China.[Method]Cotton seed(Cultivar:Hubei Kangmian No.9)was used as research materials.And seven soil bulk densities(SBD1(1.10g/cm^(3)),SBD2(1.15g/cm^(3)),SBD3(1.20g/cm^(3)),SBD4(1.25g/cm^(3)),SBD5(1.30g/cm^(3)),SBD6(1.35g/cm^(3)),SBD7(1.40g/cm^(3))),five water treatments(normal(CK),light stress(LS),moderate stress(MS),severe stress(SS),extreme stress(ES))were conduted in the pot experiment with a constant temperature box,to analyze the effects of soil bulk density and water stress on the germination potential,speed,rate and index of cotton seeds.[Result]The results showed that with the increase of water stress and soil bulk density,the germination of cotton seeds was obviously inhibited,and the above germination indexes showed a downward trend in different degrees.Under water stress,compared with CK,the germination rates of LS and MS decreased by 22.2%and 44.5%,respectively,while those of SS and ES did not germinate.Under different soil bulk densities,the germination rate of cotton seeds treated with SBD1(1.10g/cm^(3))was the highest.Compared with SBD1,the germination rate of cotton seeds treated with SBD2,SBD3,SBD4,and SBD5 decreased to 11.1%,22.2%,44.5%,and 66.7%respectively,while the seeds treated with SBD6 and SBD7 did not germinate.[Conclusion]These results indicated that water stress and soil bulk density had significant effects on cotton seed germination.The increment of of water stress and soil bulk densitymay suppresscotton seed germination.Suitable soil bulk density for cotton seed germination should be 1.10g/cm^(3) to 1.15g/cm^(3).
