摘要
目的:观察慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜手术围术期应用藿胆片治疗的临床效果及对患者炎性因子的影响。方法:选取108例慢性鼻窦炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各54例。对照组在接受鼻内镜手术后使用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用藿胆片治疗。比较2组的治疗有效率,比较2组治疗前后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平变化及气道黏液-纤毛清除功能(MCC)、鼻黏膜纤毛输送速率(MTR)。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为92.59%,高于对照组的74.07%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组IL-6、IL-2水平均降低(P<0.05),MCC、MTR均升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后IL-6、IL-2水平均较低(P<0.05),MCC、MTR均较高(P<0.05)。结论:采用鼻内镜手术联合藿胆片治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者可以取得较好的疗效,能够显著改善患者炎性因子水平,在有效改善其呼吸道黏液及纤维清除功能的同时可改善其鼻黏膜纤毛输送效率。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huodan pills for patients with chronic sinusitis during the perioperative period of endoscopic endonasal surgery and its effect on inflammatory factors. Methods:A total of 108 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine after endoscopic endonasal surgery,and the observation group was additionally treated with Huodan pills based on the treatment of the control group. The curative effective rate was compared between the two groups. Before and after treatment,changes in interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-2(IL-2),the mucociliary clearance(MCC),and mucociliary transport rate(MTR) were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 92.59% in the observation group,higher than that of 74.70% in the control group(P<0.05). When compared with those in the same group before treatment,levels of IL-6 and IL-2 in the two group were decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and MCC and MTR were increased(P<0.05). When compared with those in the control group after treatment,levels of IL-6 and IL-2 in the observation group were lower(P<0.05), and MCC and MTR were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of endoscopic endonasal surgery combined with Huodan pills can achieve a good curative effect in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis. It can effectively improve levels of inflammatory factors,mucociliary clearance,and mucociliary transport rate.
