摘要
目的:观察用头孢克肟联合藿胆片治疗急性化脓性鼻窦炎的效果。方法:将兴化市中医院收治的82例急性化脓性鼻窦炎患者随机平均分为Control组与Research组。为Control组患者使用头孢克肟分散片进行治疗。为Research组患者使用头孢克肟分散片联合藿胆片进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的疗效、不良反应的发生率及病情的复发率。结果:治疗后,与Control组患者相比,Research组患者治疗的总有效率较高,其病情的复发率较低,P<0.05;两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:为急性化脓性鼻窦炎患者使用头孢克肟联合藿胆片实施治疗的效果显著,可降低其病情的复发率,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective:To observe the effect of cefixime combined with Epimedium bile tablets in the treatment of acute suppurative sinusitis.Methods:82 patients with acute suppurative sinusitis in Xinghua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into Control group and Research group.Patients in the Control group were treated with cefxime dispersive tablets.Patients in the Research group were treated with cefixime dispersive tablets and Epimedium bile tablets.Then,the efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the disease were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the Control group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher in the Research group,and the recurrence rate was lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was P>0.05.Conclusion:Cefoxime combined with Epimedium bile tablets has a significant therapeutic effect in patients with acute suppurative sinusitis,which can reduce the recurrence rate of the disease and has a high safety.
