PCT,hs-CRP和IL-6在新生儿感染性疾病中的诊断价值 被引量:21

摘要 目的:评价血清前降钙素(PCT),超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白介素-6(IL-6)在新生儿感染性疾病早期诊断和治疗中的意义。方法:选择感染新生儿30例,健康新生儿30例,检测血清PCT,hs-CRP和IL-6,对其临床诊断意义进行比较。结果:与健康组比较,PCT,hs-CRP与IL-6在感染早期均升高,有显著性差异。三者相比,PCT和hs-CRP的特异性高于IL-6,IL-6的敏感性高于PCT和hs-CRP。结论:PCT,hs-CRP,IL-6三者联合测定能够更早、准确、灵敏地诊断新生儿早期感染疾病。
