新工科背景下工程教育专业认证与职业资格制度的关联性分析——以安全工程专业为例 被引量:5

摘要 为有效促进安全工程专业人才培养与产业需求的紧密结合,秉承新工科人才培养理念,构建高校工程教育专业认证标准与注册安全工程职业资格制度关联的有效框架。着重从高校和企业双重层面分析安全专业人员的知识、能力、素质要求与人才培养目标、课程设置及职业资格考核要点之间的关联性,并讨论两者之间有效衔接的必要性。以此实现高等教育人才培养与产业发展需求的有机结合,提升安全工程专业人才培养质量。 In order to effectively promote the intimate combination of talent training and industrial demand,adhering to the concept of training new engineering talents,it is considered necessary to develop an effective framework for the relationship between engineering education accreditation standards and enterprise professional qualification system.The relationship between the goal of knowledge,ability and quality,curriculum and the key points of vocational qualification assessment for safety professionals from the level of colleges and enterprises is analyzed.Additionally,the relevance of engineering education accreditation standards and enterprise professional qualification system are discussed.In this way,the combination of higher education and industrial demand can be realized,and the quality of training safety professionals can be improved as well.
