摘要
新工科建设是我国现阶段工程教育改革的重大战略。本文讨论了在新工科建设的大背景下,高等院校在理科人才特别是应用理科人才的培养上应该如何适应新工科教育改革的新要求,从应用理科与新工科的密切联系出发,分析了当今理科人才培养的现状,阐释了建设与新工科相适应的“新理科”的必要性。在界定新理科的内涵与特征这一核心概念的基础上,对面向未来的新理科建设提出了参考建议。
Emerging engineering education is proposed as a major strategy in the present engineering education reform of China.Under the background of emerging engineering education,the way to adjust the science personnel training,especially the applied science personnel training,in higher education to engineering education reform is discussed.After clarifying the close connection between the applied science and emerging engineering,we analyze the present situation of science personnel training and illustrate the necessity of "new science" construction adapted to emerging engineering education.Based on the definition of the connotation and characteristics and core concepts of "new science",we provide some concrete advices to its construction in the future.
