基于CDIO模式的“新工科”食品营养学教学改革实践 被引量:7

Teaching Reform and Practice of Food Nutriology Course Based on CDIO Concept under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education

摘要 食品营养学是食品专业的一门重要的核心课程,在国家启动"新工科"建设的大背景下,为培养食品工业发展需要的卓越工程师人才,以构思-设计-实施-操作(Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate,CDIO)工程教育理念为核心,对食品营养学课程进行教学模式创新研究。主要从教学理念、课堂理论教学和实践教学3个方面进行积极改革探索。实践表明,通过实施教学改革,培养了学生自主学习能力和团队精神,提高了学生的工程意识及能力,取得了较好的教学效果。 Food nutriology is an important professional course in food majors of high education.In order to cultivate the excellent engineers needed in the development of food industry,the teaching model innovation research of food nutriology course was carried out under the background of emerging engineering education.Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate(CDIO)education mode was introduced into the teaching reform and practice of food nutriology course.With the guidance of CDIO theory,CDIO engineering education mode was introduced into teaching concept,classroom teaching and practice teaching of food nutriology.Through the teaching reform implementation,the autonomous learning ability and team spirit of students were cultivated,and engineering consciousness and practice ability were improved.
