塔式起重机超长附臂交替附着技术要点分析

摘要 在建筑工程施工中,塔式起重机是十分重要的一类机械设备,可以有效提升施工效率,因此需要相关施工企业在超高层建筑施工中,认真选型和布置塔式起重机,以此来全面保证工程施工环节的有效开展。对此,对塔式起重机超长附臂交替附着技术要点进行分析,并参考具体的工程案例,对塔式起重机平面布置和附臂方案设计进行探讨,合理应用超长附臂交替附着技术,明确现场施工要点,从而促进我国建筑工程行业的健康发展。 With the rapid development of China's economy,the construction industry has entered a new period of development,the number of high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings is increasing,the scale is also further expanding,at the same time,the quality of engineering construction also put forward new requirements.In the construction of building engineering,tower crane is a very important kind of mechanical equipment,which can effectively improve the construction efficiency.Therefore,relevant construction enterprises need to carefully select and arrange tower crane in the construction of super high-rise buildings,so as to comprehensively ensure the effective development of engineering construction.In this paper,the key points of alternate attachment of super long attached arm of tower crane should be analyzed,and the plane layout and arm attachment scheme design of tower crane were discussed with reference to specific engineering cases.The alternate attachment technology of super long attached arm should be applied reasonably to clarify the key points of site construction so as to promote the healthy development of construction industry in China.
