摘要
在渤海环境敏感地区大规模开发项目的钻完井废弃物要求实现全回收,其总量大、产生速度快、种类多,通过专项技术攻关,实现水基钻井废弃物经济高效处置及回收,提高油田开发经济效益。首先针对自升式钻井平台空间和可变载荷小,通过梳理钻完井过程中各种废弃物的种类,分析国内外不同处置方式,结合海上平台特点,创新建造出了具备液相和固相处置能力的移动式处置中心和小型撬装化处置设备;并通过改进钻井工艺,减少了废弃物的产生量及产生时间点,在探井及开发项目应用。结果表明,该工艺能够实现海上钻完井废弃物高效、安全、经济的原位处置,取得了较好的经济及社会效益。
In the environment sensitive area of Bohai Sea,the drilling and completion wastes of large-scale development projects are required to realize full recovery,which is characterized by large amount,fast generation speed and many kinds.Through special technical tackling,the economic and efficient disposal and recovery of water-based drilling wastes can be realized,and the economic benefits of oilfield development can be improved.In view of the small space and variable load of jack up drilling platform,the mobile disposal center and small skid mounted disposal equipment with the disposal capacity of liquid phase and solid phase are constructed by analyzing the types of the wastes in the process of drilling and completion and different disposal methods at home and abroad and combined with the characteristics of offshore platform;The producing amount and time of wastes are reduced by improving the drilling technology.
