摘要 针对某油田含油钻屑深度除油的难题,进行了污染物分析,开发了含油钻屑水射流除油技术。通过用水分测定器测定主要成分含量,用微波消解—电感耦合等离子体质谱法测量重金属含量,对含油钻屑进行分析,得出主要污染物为油类。通过研究不同条件下的除油效果,最终确定了水射流除油技术的最佳工艺:泵压为0.4 MPa,流量为271 L/min,喷嘴类型为40°实心锥型喷嘴,射流时间为20 s,射流高度为110 mm。用Oil420型红外测油仪测得处理后钻屑含油量为1.32%,除油率为95.76%,可直接排放。且产生的污水经测试,EC50远大于30 000 mg/L,BC比值在25%以上,安全无毒、可降解,无环境污染问题,成功解决了含油钻屑深度除油的难题。 A technology of removing oil-on-cuttings by water jetting was developed for use in an oil field to completely remove oils from oil base drilling fluid cuttings. Oils retained on drill cuttings were analyzed for main constituents and heavy metal contents using water analyzer and ICP-MS method. These studies proved that the pollutants on drill cuttings were mainly oils. Some oily cuttings taken from the oilfield were cleaned with water jetting through a 40° full-cone nozzle at these conditions: pump pressure 0.4 MPa, flow rate 271 L/min, jetting time 20 s, and jetting height 110 mm. Oils retained on cuttings after treatment was only 1.32%, as measured by a Model Oil420 IR spectrophotometry for oil measurement, meaning that 95.76% of the retained oil was removed from drill cuttings, which can be directly discharged. Waste water produced in this process had EC50 value far greater than 30,000 mg/L, and BC ratio greater than 25%, meaning that the waste water was non-toxic and presented no pollution to environment.
